The SEASHIELD 70/80™ SYSTEM is a hybrid marine pile protection solution that combines the corrosion-inhibiting properties of the SEASHIELD 70™ System with the heavy-duty encapsulation capabilities of the SEASHIELD 80™ System. This integrated system is specifically designed to protect and rehabilitate steel, concrete, or timber piles located in tidal, splash zone, and submerged marine environments.

The system includes a petrolatum-based anti-corrosion wrap (from the 70™ System) applied directly to the prepared pile surface, followed by the installation of a reinforced fiberglass jacket (from the 80™ System). The annular space between the pile and jacket is filled with marine-grade grout, providing both corrosion resistance and structural reinforcement.

By addressing both surface corrosion and structural degradation, the SEASHIELD 70/80™ SYSTEM is ideal for extending the service life of critical marine infrastructure in ports, jetties, bridges, and offshore facilities.
