The SEASHIELD 500™ SYSTEM is an ultra-durable, high-performance encapsulation system designed to provide long-term corrosion protection and structural rehabilitation of marine piles in extremely aggressive environments, including tidal, splash zone, and fully submerged conditions.

This system features a custom-fabricated HDPE or FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) jacket, which is securely installed around the pile and then filled with a high-strength cementitious or epoxy grout. The Seashield 500™ offers exceptional protection from saltwater, wave action, impact, and marine organisms, making it ideal for demanding applications such as offshore platforms, jetties, piers, and coastal infrastructure.

By fully encapsulating the pile, the system not only halts ongoing corrosion but also restores or enhances the pile’s structural capacity, extending service life with minimal maintenance.
