The SEASHIELD 2000FD™ SYSTEM is a fast-installation, heavy-duty pile protection system engineered to provide long-term corrosion and mechanical protection in harsh marine environments, including tidal, splash zone, and fully submerged conditions. The system features a fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) jacket combined with a specially formulated, high-strength epoxy grout to encapsulate and rehabilitate deteriorated steel, concrete, or timber piles.

Designed for rapid deployment with minimal diver intervention, the “FD” stands for Fast Deployment, making the SEASHIELD 2000FD™ ideal for large-scale projects or emergency repairs. Once installed, the system forms a sealed, impact-resistant barrier that protects against saltwater corrosion, marine borer attack, abrasion, and structural degradation.
