This private residence in Taiwan, designed by Ms. Renee Chen of FULLHOUSE INTERIOR DESIGN and brought to life by KJ Art Deco in Kaohsiung, is a refined celebration of minimalist living. The project embraces a clean and modern aesthetic, focusing on balance, proportion, and serenity within the interior spaces.

Central to the design are the wall finishes: Era A Pennello and Archi+ Concrete, both from Novacolor’s collection of decorative solutions. Era A Pennello provides a soft, brushed texture with a handcrafted feel, while Archi+ Concrete introduces a more architectural element with its raw, concrete-inspired character. Together, they create a subtle play of light and shadow that enriches the space without overwhelming it.

The result is a home that feels calm, considered, and timeless—an intimate retreat where texture and material elevate simplicity into sophistication.
