At the EGAT Krabi Power Plant, more than 6,000 square meters of steel structures and equipment were coated with Rust-Oleum 9100 (9102) epoxy primer and Dynothane polyurethane topcoat. This high-performance coating system was selected to provide long-lasting resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and chemical stress typical in power generation environments.
Rust-Oleum 9100 offered excellent adhesion and substrate protection, while Dynothane added a tough, weather-resistant finish with superior gloss retention. Together, the system ensures a durable protective barrier that supports operational reliability and reduces long-term maintenance demands at this critical energy facility.
