At THE ESSE Sukhumvit 36, a luxury high-rise condominium in Bangkok’s Thonglor area, Denso corrosion protection systems were used to safeguard underground piping networks. The project utilized Denso Petrolatum Inner Tape (100mm x 10m per roll) to provide primary corrosion resistance to metal surfaces in contact with soil and moisture.

For added durability and mechanical protection, the installation was completed with Denso R23 White PE Outer Tape (100mm x 30m per roll), ensuring a secure barrier against water ingress, physical abrasion, and environmental stress. This multi-layer wrapping system helps maintain the integrity of the building’s underground infrastructure, aligning with the development’s commitment to long-term quality and reliability.
