The Thai Lube Base Project, completed in 1995 by Thai Oil, established a major production facility in Sriracha with a capacity of 146,875 tons of lube base oil, 311,750 tons of bitumen, and over 180,000 tons of by-products. As a strategic investment valued at 10,000 million Baht, the facility plays a central role in Thailand’s petrochemical and lubricant supply chain.
To protect essential steel pipelines and processing components exposed to high temperatures and aggressive operating conditions, the project implemented Densoclad 41 HT, Densoclad 70 HT, and Primer D. These coatings ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance, supporting the facility’s safe and efficient operation.
