As part of the Clean Fuel Project at Thai Oil’s Sriracha Refinery, the Hydrocracker Unit (HCU) underwent extensive upgrades to boost production capacity from 275,000 to 400,000 barrels per day and enable the production of cleaner fuels that meet stringent European standards.

To protect vital infrastructure exposed to extreme heat and harsh environments, Thai Oil applied Denso’s Densoclad 41 HT, Densoclad 70 HT, and Primer D. These high-temperature-resistant systems offer superior corrosion protection for pipelines and process units, ensuring reliability and longevity in this strategically important facility.
