Located in the vibrant heart of Vancouver, Suyo Restaurant offers more than a gourmet dining experience—it immerses guests in an atmosphere of refined elegance and material artistry. Developed in collaboration with Polished Stucco, Novacolor’s trusted partner in Canada, this high-end hospitality project highlights the transformative power of architectural surfaces.
The interior walls are finished with Archi+ Concrete, a mineral plaster known for its raw yet sophisticated cement-like texture. Its matte, tactile surface introduces a contemporary, industrial-chic character while maintaining a warm, inviting ambiance. To complement and protect the finish, Fase Silossanica, a siloxane-based transparent coating, was applied—enhancing durability while preserving the material's breathable qualities.
This carefully curated pairing delivers both visual impact and practical performance, ideal for the high-traffic, sensory-rich environment of a fine dining venue. Together, these finishes speak to Suyo’s identity: bold, refined, and rooted in craftsmanship. A space where each detail contributes to a holistic guest experience—uniting design, cuisine, and atmosphere in perfect harmony.
