In the heart of Milan, the showroom of Italian furniture brand Horm becomes the stage for a multisensory journey into contemporary wall design. Curated by Studio Salaris and brought to life by master decorator Fabio Sciaratta of Colori Decori, the space showcases the expressive potential of Novacolor’s Texture & More collection—a celebration of materiality, emotion, and sustainable beauty.
Two central walls in the showroom are adorned with the evocative Inari and Hyperion finishes, textures that do more than decorate—they tell stories. This immersive setting was unveiled during an intimate conversation with architect Marco Piva, exploring the evolving dialogue between interior and product design.
But the visual impact is only part of the narrative. These finishes represent Novacolor’s commitment to eco-conscious innovation. Developed using the REDcert² Biomass Balance approach, the products drastically reduce CO₂ emissions by replacing fossil resources with renewable biomass materials. The collection also includes Formaldehyde Free options, addressing indoor air safety concerns, and meets the stringent criteria of the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certification—one of the highest guarantees for healthy VOC emission levels in indoor environments.
This is where sustainability meets sophistication. Where texture is more than surface—it’s sensorial. Texture & More enhances not just the look but the feel of a space, creating environments that influence emotional and mental well-being through deliberate material choices.
At Showroom Horm, Novacolor has set a new benchmark: one where design, health, and sustainability are not separate goals but unified values—transforming surfaces into meaningful, human-centered experiences.
