Samyan Mitrtown, a major mixed-use development in Bangkok, includes retail, office, residential, and co-learning spaces designed to serve urban lifestyles. To align with green construction practices and environmental standards, the project used Dynopro Low Odour alkyd paint throughout its mechanical and utility systems.

The coatings were applied to air-conditioning, fire protection, and plumbing systems—covering steel, PVC, and galvanized surfaces. With a durable finish, strong adhesion, and low VOC formulation, the system helped the project meet Green Building certification criteria while delivering long-term performance and indoor air quality benefits.t
