Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute, under the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, was established based on the royal initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. The vision was to create a state-run medical school and hospital in Samut Prakan Province to serve the growing population of industrial workers and residents in the surrounding regions—including Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Sa Kaeo—where public healthcare access remains limited.
To support its mission of providing accessible and reliable healthcare, the institute selected Rust-Oleum products for various indoor floor applications. The coatings were chosen for their proven long-term durability, resistance to heavy foot traffic, and ease of maintenance—crucial qualities for high-use hospital environments.
