O-NES Tower is a premium-grade office building in Bangkok developed with a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility and occupant wellness. To align with LEED and WELL certification standards, the project applied RO Dyno Aqua—an environmentally friendly, water-based paint system—across its mechanical and structural systems.

This low-VOC coating was used on steel structures, galvanized pipes, and M&E components, offering excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and a clean, durable finish. Its application supported both indoor air quality and sustainable construction benchmarks, helping position O-NES Tower as a next-generation green building in the city’s business core.
