At Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, a mold-resistant paint system was implemented to ensure long-term hygiene, durability, and appearance in guest rooms and service areas. The process began with the application of Dyno Super Mold Killer to eliminate existing mold spores and prevent regrowth on treated surfaces.

Following surface preparation, Zinsser Mold Killing Primer was applied to seal and protect walls from future mold and mildew issues. To complete the system, Perma-White Satin was used as the final topcoat, offering a smooth, washable finish with built-in mold and mildew resistance—ideal for the hotel’s high-use interior spaces in Bangkok’s humid climate.
