GSA NEXT 01 is a state-of-the-art data center developed through a strategic collaboration between AIS, Singtel, and Gulf Energy Thailand. Located in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), the facility is designed to meet rising demand for digital infrastructure in Southeast Asia, offering scalable, secure, and energy-efficient services to cloud providers and enterprise clients.

To ensure long-term protection of critical piping and metal structures—especially in harsh underground and outdoor environments—Denso Petrolatum Tape Systems were applied. These anti-corrosion tapes are well-suited for data center utility systems, helping safeguard operations while minimizing maintenance and infrastructure risk.
