Chamchuri Square, a well-known mixed-use development in central Bangkok, selected Rust-Oleum (RO) industrial paint systems to ensure long-lasting protection for its M&E infrastructure and structural components. The coatings were applied to steel, galvanized metal, and other surfaces exposed to wear, moisture, and environmental stress.

By using a combination of RO primer and topcoat systems, the project achieved excellent corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, and a clean, high-quality finish. This solution contributes to the complex’s long-term maintenance strategy while preserving aesthetic standards in a demanding urban environment.
