Casa de La Flora is a luxury beachfront resort in Khao Lak, Phang Nga, renowned for its bold modernist architecture and minimalist concrete-glass aesthetic. In 2024, comprehensive refurbishment works were undertaken to restore both the exterior and interior surfaces of the property, as well as reinforce structural steel elements affected by coastal conditions.

Dyno’s high-performance product range was selected to ensure durability, elegance, and long-term protection. Dynosilk N was applied to interior walls for a smooth, refined finish, while Dynolux Shield provided UV- and salt-resistant exterior protection suitable for seaside environments. Dyno Pro Enamel Series was used for detailing areas requiring a clean, high-gloss surface, and Dynoguard Epoxy was chosen for critical steel structure repairs, offering excellent corrosion resistance and strength.

Together, these systems helped revitalize the resort’s visual identity while enhancing the longevity and resilience of its architectural and structural elements.
