Baan Chai Talay, a beachfront residential complex consisting of nine buildings, first used Dyno P1100, Dynosilk, Dyno Pro C777, and Supra Primer during its original construction. These high-performance coatings were chosen for their durability and resistance to the harsh seaside environment. After 15 years of exposure, while the paint remained in good condition structurally, natural fading prompted a full repaint of the entire development.

For the second round of restoration, the same trusted Dyno products were used once again. Their proven performance in high-salinity, high-humidity conditions made them the ideal solution for maintaining the visual appeal and protective integrity of the buildings along Thailand’s coastline.
