AIA Sathorn Tower, a premium-grade office building in Bangkok’s central business district, was developed with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant health. To align with LEED and WELL certification requirements, the project used Dyno Acqua water-based coatings across its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The low-VOC formulation of Dyno Acqua provides excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance on steel, galvanized metal, and PVC surfaces—ensuring durable protection with minimal environmental impact. Its use contributes to improved indoor air quality and long-term maintenance efficiency, supporting the tower’s position as a high-performance, environmentally responsible workplace.
